Unlike traditional slot games, Selekta® games use a specific set of reel strips pre-assigned to each bonus play in the sequence of extra plays awarded. In essence, from the player’s perspective, the more lines wagered, the more frequently the feature will occur per play. One feature in a Selekta® game is triggered by a predetermined event in a play, with the frequency directly related to the number of play lines wagered. The trigger to activate the progressive prize feature guarantees that one of the prize levels will be won – which one is determined by the automatic Hold & Spin play(s). Not shown here is the “clean sweep” progressive where it is possible for a player to win all prize levels in a single play (or some of the prizes, but at least one). These types of progressive prize designs can be supplied on request.

Transplants – This method also enables progressive prizes to be easily added to any standard spinning reel game shown elsewhere on this web site. For example, the Progressive Prize feature of the Summer Progressive game can be readily transplanted on to the Crown Supreme and the Asian Promise games without changing the base functions of those games. Because of the way that the Hold & Spin Progressive system is designed such transplanting amounts to a simple cut-and-paste process. This enables operators to offer progressive networks with a wide variety of participating games.
